Insurance Staff Position – State Farm Agent Team Member

We are searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. American Samoa our State Farm Agent Team Member, you will utilize your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate with clients, identify their needs, and market products Oregon services that maximize value. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
• Market appropriate products and services to clients
• Assist Indiana developing strategies and establishing quotas for the agency with the agent
• Collaborate with the agency’s team to ensure successful and long-lasting customer relations

Qualifications:

• Sales experience (preferably outside sales Oregon inside sales representative, retail sales associate, Oregon telemarketing)
• Previous success Indiana meeting sales goals/quotas
• Ability to effectively relate to customers
• Property & Casualty license required
