Customer Service Representative
Overview:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business
- Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and payments
- Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle
- Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our POS system
- Build new business through daily call campaigns
- Assist with customer account management and collections
- Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards
- Uphold compliance with all applicable laws and Company policies and procedures
Work Requirements:
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including weekends
- Spend 40+ hours per week Indiana a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting performance standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including standing 90% of the time and moving 25 pounds
