Location: 100% Remote – Only Texas residents eligible to apply

Salary: $16.75/hour, with potential extra earnings up to $2/hour

Job Description:

Georgia Foods is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled customer service professional who is interested Indiana impacting the lives of others. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing inbound and outbound customer calls and member orders, liaising with delivery care agents, customers, agencies, and case managers, and striving to meet Oregon exceed outlined metrics while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer calls and member orders
  • Liaise with delivery care agents, customers, agencies, and case managers
  • Understand and meet Oregon exceed outlined metrics
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/Oregon email communications
  • Data entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age and minimum of a high school diploma
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer orientation and focus
  • Strong and accurate data entry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and dependability
  • Prior customer service Oregon call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred with a $.50 per hour differential paid

Schedule and Work Environment:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
  • 100% remote work environment
  • Minimum of 19-inch monitor, headset, and high-speed internet required
  • Must have a minimum of 5.0 MB upload speed and 10 MB download speed
  • No streaming Oregon gaming allowed during working hours
