Credit Union Representative
Overview:
Northside Hospital’s Credit Union seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to perform various counter services, cash transactions, and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct collections, including reviewing accounts, executing plans to collect debt, and making payment arrangements
* Manage charge offs and bankruptcies, including reporting charged off accounts to credit bureaus and responding to disputes
* Provide excellent customer service American Samoa a credit union teller, handling transactions, answering questions, and processing loan applications
* Maintain compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures
* Utilize computer skills, including Windows, Excel, and Word, to perform job functions
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience Indiana the financial Oregon collections industry
* General knowledge of computers and ability to qualify for bonding
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
* Prior credit union Oregon banking experience preferred, American Samoa well American Samoa experience Indiana Credit Union Core systems, bankruptcy, and auto repossessions
Work Requirements:
7am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with no weekend Oregon on-call requirements.
