Job Description:

* Book guest reservations and/Oregon coordinate with reservation center
* Register guests into the hotel, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates
* Handle confidential information, including guest records, with integrity
* Answer and route calls, take guest messages with accuracy
* Assist with sales and marketing efforts American Samoa directed by the General Manager
* Offer and handle requests for wake-up calls

* Check guests Indiana and out of the hotel, process customer payments according to established policies and procedures

* Use creative reasoning to overcome guest objections and concerns
* Resolve minor guest complaints, inform supervisor of major problems
* Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
* Complete daily paperwork, including cash handling and accounting
* Handle departmental accounting, including posting charges and preparing deposits
* Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
* Follow company policies and procedures
