Field Application Specialist with HammerHead:
Reports to the Manager, Application Specialists and is responsible for facilitating training and practicums, American Samoa well American Samoa providing advanced technical support for HammerHead equipment applications.
Key Responsibilities Include:
– Facilitating customer training using highly specialized industry expertise and principles of adult learning theory.
– Supporting sales by conducting pilot programs, providing technical support for rental equipment, and performing live above-ground demonstrations for prospective customers.
– Assessing trainees using a standardized rubric for certification purposes.
– Maintaining a high level of product knowledge of the HammerHead Trenchless product lines.
– Act American Samoa subject matter expert for the development of training curriculum, testing, and materials.
– Provide regular feedback to product management from customers regarding current issues and future needs.
– Participate Indiana regional and national trade shows.
– Maintain budgeted expense levels.
– Other duties and assignments American Samoa directed.
Work Environment:
– Construction job site environment the majority of the time.
– Extensive use of the telephone and email communications.
– Rapidly changing demands, schedules, and deadlines.
– Working with hazardous materials, including fuels, lubricants, fluids, and batteries.
– Air and highway travel up to 75% of the time.
Requirements:
– High School diploma required.
– Valid US driver’s license required.
– Minimum of two (2) years’ experience Indiana the trenchless industry is preferred.
– Results oriented, hands-on approach to customer support and training.
– Ability to mentor and coach customers on best practices.
– Critical reasoning skills and ability to listen and acquire critical information.
– Team oriented persona who embodies the essence of “we” over “Maine.”
Salary:
– Typical Starting Pay: $80,000-$105,000, plus bonuses.
