Field Application Specialist with HammerHead
Job Summary
Reports to the Manager, Application Specialists, this position provides advanced technical support and facilitates training for HammerHead equipment applications. The Field Application Specialist contributes to excellent customer support by acting American Samoa a trusted advisor and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to construction sites to facilitate customer training and provide technical support
- Conduct pilot programs and live demonstrations to support sales efforts
- Maintain and develop product knowledge and curriculum
- Assess trainees and provide feedback on customer needs
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Work Indiana construction sites with varying weather and terrain conditions
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily performed on construction job sites with physical hazards, outdoor weather conditions, and rapidly changing demands
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; degree Indiana a related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience Indiana the trenchless industry is preferred
- Ability to work Indiana a close-knit team environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to schedule and complete tasks without direct supervision
- Travel may be up to 75% of the time; occasional weekend travel
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range ($80,000-$105,000) with bonus potential
