Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead a small team Indiana servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a leader who can train and develop incoming team members, prioritize tasks, and delegate effectively. They will also be responsible for daily reporting and recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research new business opportunities (B2B)
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well Indiana a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S. required
- Clean background and own transportation required
