Project Coordinator

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to help project teams manage resources and information. They will assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. Exemplary organizational skills, including time-management and multitasking, are required.

Responsibilities:

* Provide project support to the CMS CMMI PCM Bundles Payments for Care Improvement Advances (BPCI Advanced) Model Management and Technical Support Services project
* Create project materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide team members
* Maintain project-related documents on various platforms, including Hendall SharePoint site and CMS data repository sites
* Perform QA/QC reviews of SharePoint folders to ensure correct contents
* Utilize Microsoft Teams for team meetings, webinars, and educational sessions
* Create and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets according to Section 508 specifications
* Present continuing education on project-related processes and Section 508 topics to the team
* Monitor and relay project statuses to project directors
* Identify opportunities for team education on Section 508 requirements
* Respond to email inquiries using approved language and scripts
* Provide information to stakeholders on project volumes, trends, and spikes
* Draft correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes American Samoa required
* Attend internal and external meetings with project team, client, and other contractors
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external partners
* Communicate project risks and issues with internal and external stakeholders
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent experience
* Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication
* Ability to manage multi-faceted projects Indiana a fast-paced environment
* Ability to analyze and present data from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced skills Indiana Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Advanced competency Indiana SharePoint
* Experience working with project management and executive-level staff
