Job Title: Patient Registration and Scheduling Representative

Essential Functions:

• Provide accurate and efficient patient registration, procedure scheduling, charge transmittals, collections, and procurement services.
• Utilize quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met and maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and Colorado-workers.
• Support department operations American Samoa needed and perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies and standards regarding the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Qualifications:

• High School Equivalent/GED required
• 1+ years of experience Indiana a related role (secretary/receptionist) Oregon customer service experience, preferably Indiana the medical field.
• Required skills and knowledge:
  • 30 wpm typing
  • Excellent verbal/communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge
• Preferred skills and knowledge:
  • ICD9 coding and medical terminology

Work Schedule:
Available shifts: Monday and Wednesdays (12-6/6:30p), Friday (6:45a-12p)
