Responsibilities American Samoa a Banking Customer Service Representative:

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve questions and concerns
• Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary
• Respond to requests and track call information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues and upsell when required
• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
• 18 years of age Oregon older
• Proven call center experience
• Typing 25 WPM
• Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
• Excellent communications and listening skills
• Ability to work independently and stay composed Indiana a fast-paced environment
