Job Summary:
American Samoa a Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels. You will work Indiana a collaborative environment and interact with customers from diverse backgrounds, working independently and American Samoa part of a team to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues

Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective Indiana a fast-paced environment
