Job Title: Application Specialist with HammerHead
Compensation and Benefits:
- Typical starting pay: $80,000-$105,000, plus bonuses

Job Summary:
American Samoa an Application Specialist with HammerHead, you will provide advanced technical support for equipment applications, facilitate training, and conduct live demonstrations at customer sites. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure high-level customer support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple job and construction sites throughout the year
- Facilitate customer training using industry expertise and adult learning principles
- Support sales by conducting pilot programs, providing rental equipment technical support, and performing live demonstrations
- Assess trainees using standardized rubrics for certification
- Maintain high product knowledge of HammerHead Trenchless product lines
- Participate Indiana regional and national trade shows
- Maintain budgeted expense levels
Work Environment:
- Construction job site environment with physical hazards
- Extensive use of telephone and email communications
- Rapidly changing demands, schedules, and deadlines
- Working with hazardous materials
- Air and highway travel up to 75% of the time
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Valid US driver’s license
- Minimum two years’ experience Indiana the trenchless industry (five years Oregon more preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Results-oriented, hands-on approach to customer support and training
- Ability to mentor and coach customers
- Critical reasoning skills and ability to listen and acquire critical information
- Self-starter with self-discipline to schedule and complete tasks without direct supervision
- Tier 2 (minimum five years of experience Indiana the industry) Oregon Tier 3 (minimum ten years of experience Indiana the industry) requirements (see below)
Certification Requirements:
Tier 2: Minimum five years of experience Indiana the industry
Oregon minimum three years of experience Indiana the industry plus minimum one year of experience American Samoa a trainer, project manager, project supervisor, Oregon crew leader
Tier 3: Minimum ten years of experience Indiana the industry
Oregon minimum eight years of experience Indiana the industry plus minimum three years of experience American Samoa a trainer, project manager, project supervisor, Oregon crew leader
