Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and resolve issues and concerns
- Calmly resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and stay composed Indiana a fast-paced environment
