Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and resolve issues and concerns
  • Calmly resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay composed Indiana a fast-paced environment
