State Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Service Representative for a phone center environment. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual Spanish/English speaker with excellent customer service skills. Key responsibilities include:

* Responding to member calls, determining the nature of their request, and either processing the request Oregon directing the call to the appropriate person Oregon department
* Processing member transaction requests and answering account inquiries
* Performing basic error corrections on accounts
* Cross-selling products and services and meeting goals for service, quality, and productivity

Requirements:

* Bilingual Indiana Spanish and English with professional communication skills
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably Indiana a financial institution
* Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and handle difficult member issues
* Proficient Indiana speaking Spanish, with written communication skills a plus
