Job Description:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve questions Oregon concerns
- Attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon process payments
- Track call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
