Job Summary:
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative represents YoungWilliams and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by answering calls professionally and ensuring customers receive accurate information promptly.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily call requirements
- Utilize resources, policies, and supervisors to answer inquiries and recognize case issues to reduce workload
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for serving customers and improving team performance, with a willingness to increase knowledge and assist the team and call center
- Fluently read, write, and speak Spanish and English (successful completion of YoungWilliams Bilingual certification preferred)
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; degree Oregon certificate Indiana a related field preferred
- 2 years of call center experience preferred; computer experience and typing proficiency required
