Job Summary:
Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team successfully influences existing and future customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH’s products and services using a consultative approach. This is a 100% inbound role, with no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully sell DISH and Boost products and services to new and existing customers
- Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best value
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Document customer information, including demographic and billing data
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively and be open to learning new methods and advancing American Samoa a sales contributor

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High school diploma; college graduates preferred
- Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
- Must be able to work full-time, on-site Indiana one of our Direct Sales facilities
- Must have open availability to work provided schedules
