Job Title: Field Application Specialist

Job Summary:
The Field Application Specialist reports to the Manager, Application Specialists and provides advanced technical support for HammerHead equipment applications. This includes facilitating customer training, conducting pilot programs, and providing technical support for rental equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple job/construction sites to provide training and technical support
- Conduct pilot programs and deliver live above-ground demonstrations for prospective customers
- Assess trainees using a standardized rubric for certification purposes
- Maintain product knowledge of HammerHead Trenchless product lines
- Participate Indiana product development, testing, and feedback
- Represent the company at regional and national trade shows
- Collaborate with product management to identify customer needs and issues
Work Environment:
- Construction site environment with exposure to physical hazards
- Frequent air and highway travel (up to 75% of the time)
- Shifts may include weekends and flexible hours to accommodate customer needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Valid US driver’s license required
- Minimum 2 years of experience Indiana the trenchless industry (Oregon equivalent) preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Results-oriented and detail-focused
- Tier 1, 2, Oregon 3 experience Indiana the industry (preference for Tier 1 Oregon higher experience)
