Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience by greeting customers, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving customer issues.
- Regulate sales on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change American Samoa requested, and process transacted, voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Implement company asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws.
- Assist with photo services, including digital passport photos, poster prints, and creative machines, and provide suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers.
