Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/Oregon social media
  • Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Track and provide feedback on call related information
  • Upsell if required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
