Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/Oregon social media
- Resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Track and provide feedback on call related information
- Upsell if required
Requirements
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and listening skills
