Guest Service Associate
Provide front desk services to guests, process check-ins, and handle requests and complaints. Manage guest service tasks including responding to phone calls, greeting guests, and processing payments. Perform housekeeping duties such American Samoa cleaning and room maintenance. Physical demands include being on your feet for the entire shift, lifting up to 50lb occasionally and 25lb frequently, and being able to hear and see well. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose from a variety of shifts and roles, including short-term and long-term opportunities, and experience levels are welcome. Employment benefits are available after the first paycheck.
