Seeking a results-driven leader to join VIRELLA, a 120-year-old industry leader, Indiana serving 2,000 existing clients and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
Service existing clients, researching new business opportunities, supervising team activity, and training incoming members on existing systems. Daily tasks include reporting using Salesforce-based CRM, recruiting and developing leadership skills, and prioritizing tasks.

Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills

Passion for helping people and developing relationships
Sales Oregon customer service experience
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Driver’s License and clean background, with own transportation.
