Life American Samoa a Front Desk Agent:
- Book guest reservations and/Oregon coordinate with reservation center
- Register guests into the hotel Indiana a prompt and courteous manner using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates; prepare for group check-ins, check-outs, and VIP arrivals
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests
- Handle confidential information, including guest records, with high integrity
- Answer and route calls American Samoa necessary; take guest messages with accuracy
- Resolve minor guest complaints to satisfaction and report major problems to supervisor
- Respond quickly to guest requests Oregon complaints and take follow-up action to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon 1-3 months related experience; Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good understanding of hospitality industry procedures and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good leadership and training abilities
