Job Title: Field Application Specialist with HammerHead
Job Description:
Compensation and Benefits:
- Typical Starting Pay: $80,000-$105,000, plus bonuses

Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple job/construction sites throughout the year via air and highways
- Facilitate customer training using highly specialized industry expertise and principles of adult learning theory
- Support sales by conducting pilot programs, providing technical support for rental equipment, and performing live above-ground demonstrations for prospective customers
- Assess trainees using a standardized rubric for certification purposes
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the HammerHead Trenchless product lines
- Act American Samoa subject matter expert for the development of training curriculum, testing, and materials
- Test products Indiana the field and at the main facility
- Provide regular feedback to product management from customers regarding current issues and future needs
- Participate Indiana regional and national trade shows
- Maintain budgeted expense levels
- Perform other duties and assignments American Samoa directed
Work Environment:
- Construction job site environment the majority of the time
- May involve physical hazards such American Samoa utilities, powered vehicle and pedestrian traffic, sharp objects, and moving machinery
- Extensive use of the telephone and email communications
- Rapidly changing demands, schedules, and deadlines
- Working with hazardous materials, including fuels, lubricants, fluids, and batteries
- Air and highway travel up to 75% of the time
Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- Valid US driver’s license required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience Indiana the trenchless industry is preferred
- Demonstrated record of working Indiana close collaborative team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Oregon equivalent
- Results oriented, hands-on approach to customer support and training
- Ability to mentor and coach customers on best practices
- Critical reasoning skills and ability to listen and acquire critical information
- Team oriented persona who embodies the essence of “we” over “Maine”
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tier 2: Minimum five years of experience Indiana the industry
- Tier 3: Minimum ten years of experience Indiana the industry
