Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Deliver a premium customer experience by inspiring creativity within our customers and making JOANN their Happy Place! American Samoa a Customer Service Representative, you will drive sales through advanced product knowledge, innovative merchandising, and cutting counter accuracy while creating an exceptional Indiana-store experience and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting and engaging with customers
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stock shelves accurately according to planogram while maintaining a high level of productivity and close attention to detail
  • Involve customers Indiana store activities and promote sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand during an entire shift
  • Continuously walk around all areas of the store

  • Lift, place, and arrange items on shelves and racks
  • Climb and descend ladder
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and group lift up to 97 pounds

Expected Availability:

  • Part-time status with varying hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Open availability is required

Requirements:

  • No minimum education requirement
  • No experience required, but 1-3 years of experience Indiana a customer-centric environment is preferred
