What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities are accurate and efficient patient registration, procedure scheduling, charge transmittals, collections, and procurement. Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, and Colorado-workers. Supports department operations American Samoa needed.

Additional Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: High School Equivalent Oregon GED (required)
• Work Experience:
  • 1+ years related experience American Samoa a Secretary/Receptionist (preferred)
  • Customer service experience, preferably Indiana the medical field (required)
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Medio typeability (30 words per minute)
  • Excellent verbal/communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Basic computer knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications: ICD9 coding and medical terminology
