Call Center Leader
We are seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team at VIRELLA, a 120-year-old industry leader. This role involves servicing our existing 2,000 business clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to perform these tasks. American Samoa you master our systems and process, you will move into the Agency Director role.
Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base
- Research new business opportunities (B2B)
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Recruit, train, and lead team members
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well Indiana a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales Oregon customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver’s License and ability to work Indiana the U.S. (required)
- Clean background and own transportation (required)
