We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative to join our team at LightRx Face & Body. This role is a remote opportunity with a potential shift flexibility, including the option to work from our office Indiana Bingham Farms, Michigan.
Key responsibilities:
* Engage with clients who have requested information on our services by phone Indiana a professional and courteous manner.
* Multiply revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling our non-invasive medical aesthetic treatments.
* Meet and exceed performance standards, including call schedule adherence and achievement of sales quota.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall goals and objectives.
* Stay updated on our treatments and services to provide informed consultations to clients.
Requirements:
* High energy and a passion for helping people.
* Excellent time management and computer skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales quota.
* Fluency Indiana Spanish is a plus.
* Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
