Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Perform all Customer Care Representative responsibilities with consistent reliability.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers through various systems.
- Document customer contacts, initiate outbound contacts, and provide online support for applications.
- Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team.
- Meet Oregon exceed performance expectations, including productivity, accessibility, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Indiana Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred Oregon equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of contact/call center experience.
- Passion for customer service, the automotive industry, Oregon cutting-edge technology.
- Technical skills: basic networking, dealership communications, Windows Environment, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Java, Macromedia, and Flash.
