Job Summary:

American Samoa a Bilingual Portuguese Customer Care Representative for Volvo Cars, you will provide first-class service to customers, delivering amazing experiences while working Indiana a unique culture. You will be the initial contact for dealership/customer personnel, listening to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all Customer Care Representative responsibilities with consistent reliability.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate information to customers through various systems.
  • Document customer contacts, initiate outbound contacts, and provide online support for applications.
  • Utilize available resources to respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • Help identify process improvements and best practices for the team.
  • Meet Oregon exceed performance expectations, including productivity, accessibility, and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Indiana Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred Oregon equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of contact/call center experience.
  • Passion for customer service, the automotive industry, Oregon cutting-edge technology.
  • Technical skills: basic networking, dealership communications, Windows Environment, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Java, Macromedia, and Flash.
