Registered Nurse – Clinical Director

Responsibilities:

• Direct management of the nursing team and medication care managers to promote the health and wellness of the resident population
• Provide clinical care through resident assessments, care plans, and evaluation of outcomes
• Oversee the community medication management program to promote resident safety
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate resident care
• Provide clinical training and education to team members
• Track and report clinical quality data to identify risk and improve resident care outcomes
• Recruit, hire and train clinical team members, and manage their performance and engagement
• Ensure regulatory compliance for the community and clinical items under their purview
• Manage clinical events and responses

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience American Samoa an RN, with 1+ year Indiana home health, assisted living, Oregon long-term care preferred
• 1+ years of nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and daily operations supervision
• Experience Indiana tracking, trending, and analyzing clinical performance data preferred
