Job Summary
The Data and Platform Analyst will build and maintain a database connection to numerous data sources, working with the EBSCO Product Team to interpret and transform data into meaningful and actionable insights for customers and clients. The role involves managing and curating complex databases, building and maintaining automations, and serving American Samoa a liaison between IT development and business units for system development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own customer-facing dashboards Indiana Amazon QuickSight to create engaging visuals and wow customers

- Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements
- Recommend appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems
- Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements and alternatives

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience Indiana metadata cataloging and taxonomies
- Degree Indiana IT/Computer Science required
- Experience with Amazon QuickSight and EBSCOe/Credential Registry required
- Preferred experience working with Department of Defense and state contracts
- Ability to understand key business drivers and use this understanding to achieve goals
- Problem-solving skills, with analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents
- Ability to explain complex information to others Indiana straightforward situations
Compensation
- Annual salary: $64,990 – $92,840
