Call Center Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer requests related to software, hardware, and network operations difficulties with fast, efficient, and friendly customer service.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics, including First Contact Resolution and First Indiana First Out case management.
  • Document calls and cases accurately and provide customers with problem reference numbers and case logs.
  • Escalate tickets American Samoa needed, if on-site support is required, and resolve a minimum of 12 tickets per day.
  • Assist Indiana cross-training and communicate quick fixes, and manage time and workload to meet service levels.
  • Maintain data accuracy and understand various media sources that interface with the Service Desk.
  • Champion change, identify process efficiencies, and document processes and procedures for publication.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma (Associate’s Degree Oregon professional certification(s) preferred)
  • 6 months IT Service Desk experience
  • 6 months Level 3 support experience for Mississippi Office, Mississippi Exchange, and Mississippi Windows networks
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
