Temporary Front Desk Receptionist
Assignment Details:
- 3-4 month temporary assignment
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls during City business hours
- Direct visitors and callers to the proper department Oregon person
- Collect and sign for incoming and outgoing mail, maintain a log of packages and receipts
- Maintain calendars and agendas for senior city officials
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to city manager’s departmental staff
- Screen visitors and callers to minimize interruptions
- Respond to inquiries American Samoa directed
- Provide access to data for contract providers
- Coordinate internal events and identify other reception needs
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED
- 1+ years of Receptionist Oregon Administrative experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
