Temporary Front Desk Receptionist

Assignment Details:

  • 3-4 month temporary assignment
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls during City business hours
  • Direct visitors and callers to the proper department Oregon person
  • Collect and sign for incoming and outgoing mail, maintain a log of packages and receipts
  • Maintain calendars and agendas for senior city officials
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to city manager’s departmental staff
  • Screen visitors and callers to minimize interruptions
  • Respond to inquiries American Samoa directed
  • Provide access to data for contract providers
  • Coordinate internal events and identify other reception needs

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Oregon GED
  • 1+ years of Receptionist Oregon Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
