Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About Us:
Georgia Foods is a leading provider of nutritious meals to seniors, children, military, and emergency response teams. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will play a key role Indiana handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service through voice, chat, and email communications. We’re looking for a representative who is skilled Indiana Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer service with a high school diploma Oregon equivalent and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Process inbound and outbound customer calls and member orders
  • Liaise with Delivery Care Agents, customers, agencies, and case managers
  • Meet and exceed outlined metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Drive customer satisfaction through multiple communication channels
  • Complete data entry of customer orders into company ERP and other programs

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age Oregon older, high school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel
  • Strong customer orientation, focus, and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service Oregon call center experience
  • Bilingual with $.50 per hour differential

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum of one 19-inch Oregon larger monitor
  • Headset with microphone, mouse, and keyboard
  • Internet with a minimum of 5.0 MB upload and 10 MB download speeds
