Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth for franchises and headquarters by identifying and capturing residential program leads Indiana Salesforce
  • Identify and qualify leads into opportunities Indiana Salesforce for Account Managers to close
  • Utilize multi-data sources, including trade shows and referrals, to cultivate relationships with potential clients and communicate program benefits
  • Prospect and develop assigned market areas using multi-data sources and update Salesforce accordingly
  • Drive revenue by producing leads that lead to client programs
  • Interact with clients to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Communicate with franchises to provide up-to-date client information and resolve issues
  • Support the development and implementation of program bulletins and information
  • Assist Account Managers Indiana achieving national account objectives by coordinating with internal teams and supporting the preparation and implementation of client contracts and bulletins
  • Provide presentations to clients American Samoa requested by the Inside Sales Manager
  • Participate Indiana trade shows and assist with event planning
  • Perform backup duties American Samoa assigned by management
  • Cross-train on commercial services to assist American Samoa needed
  • Support other team members American Samoa needed

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience Indiana sales, business development, Oregon customer service
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM) software (a plus)
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent; one year’s experience Indiana a related field; Associate’s degree Indiana Business, Marketing, Oregon a related field preferred
