Performs strategic analyses and provides expertise Indiana the areas of benefits and compensation, total rewards, performance development, succession planning, and leading and developing a team of compensation professionals. Supports senior leaders and competes Indiana assessments, analysis, and an internal business partner role. Key responsibilities include:

* Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compensation policies, programs, and practices
* Coordinate the annual compensation planning process, including market data analysis, job evals, and market surveys
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to inform business decision-making
