Account Manager
The Gray Agency is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to lead our critical business accounts remotely. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills to maintain a positive working relationship with clients, address issues, and respond to questions.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee customer account management, including developing new business and negotiating contracts to maximize profits
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team to achieve quotas and keep clients satisfied
* Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Sales, Oregon related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Familiarity with CRM software preferred
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail
* Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
* Some travel required
