Application Specialist with HammerHead:
Reports to the Manager, Application Specialists and is responsible for providing high-level customer support by serving American Samoa a trusted advisor.
Conducts activities to enhance customer experience through ongoing communication, thorough documentation, and timely issue resolution.
Utilizes technical knowledge and training to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalates complex matters with Manager Oregon other specialized departments American Samoa necessary, and ensures seamless incident communication to stakeholders.
Collaborates with Application Developers, Software Suppliers, and internal departments to provide customer solutions and maintain technical proficiency with new and existing software applications.
Supports customer technical lifecycles through training and knowledge transfer for optimum application adoption.
