Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Massachusetts (hybrid position with partial on-site and partial remote work)

Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Senior Associate Director of Marketing Indiana the execution of marketing strategies to secure new leads for planned gifts. These strategies may include direct mail appeals, email marketing, social media, print/digital advertisements, events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Associate Director of Marketing Indiana planning and executing marketing strategies
  • Facilitate data requests to develop mailing and email lists for targeting marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with University Planned Giving teams and fundraisers across the University to track new leads and confirmed gifts
  • Manage a budget tracker for marketing-related projects
  • Input data into Alumni Affairs and Development’s customer relationship manager (CRM), Advance, from marketing efforts and provide other data entry support for frontline fundraisers American Samoa needed
  • Assist with University Planned Giving events and provide data analysis to inform fundraising and marketing strategies
  • Cultivate favorable relationships with colleagues Indiana research, operations, content strategy, creative services, events, donor relations, and other Planned Giving teams across the University
  • Help raise the profile of University Planned Giving within the University Development Office and throughout School fundraising offices

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Solid computer skills Indiana a PC and network environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours
  • Experience with a CRM is preferred
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality under pressure and meeting project deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment
