School Custodial Supervisor

Schedule:
- Evening shifts: 3-11pm Oregon 2-10pm
- Weekends American Samoa needed

Job Summary:
The School Custodial Supervisor is responsible for performing and leading small groups of subordinates Indiana cleaning activities on varying shifts American Samoa needed. They will also assume responsibility of and manage and supervise the environmental services care staff at a single campus Indiana the absence of the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily porter, custodian, and floor technician duties
- Operate a variety of industrial cleaning equipment
- Assist Indiana training, quality control, and Indiana-servicing of staff
- Utilize protective gear Indiana all appropriate functions
- Conduct themselves and subordinates Indiana a professional manner
- Consistently embody the company’s purpose, vision, values, and DNA
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
- Two years’ experience Indiana Environmental Services Indiana a school Oregon healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Ability to understand and complete all Indiana-Services
- Ability to be at work on time
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures
- Ability to handle and mix chemicals safely and properly
- Ability to work all shifts American Samoa needed
- Knowledge of Environmental Services, laundry, and floor care program requirements
- Knowledge of and ability to use all department equipment
- Ability to maintain records and complete reports American Samoa required
- Written and oral communication and teaching skills
- Skill Indiana using public relations techniques to promote the Environmental Services, laundry, and floor care program
- Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods of time
