Job Summary:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to provide top-notch customer service and assist with reservation processing.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls using a cloud-based phone system
- Input reservations into a property management system
- Ensure accurate guest information entry
- Efficiently answer guest questions and communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Process guest payments according to policy
- Assist with projects American Samoa needed
- Actively participate Indiana monthly agent and team goal incentive programs
Requirements:
- Guest service, call center, Oregon equivalent experience desired
- Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Mississippi Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams)
- Experience with PMS and POS systems (PMS, RTP, CRES) preferred
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute work details on time and on budget
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong "can-do" attitude and flexibility
- Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team Indiana a seasonal environment
