Assistant Account Manager
Join a leading print and publishing service provider American Samoa an Assistant Account Manager. American Samoa a member of the team, you will work under the direction of the Account Manager Oregon Senior Account Manager to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and provide clerical support.
Responsibilities:
* Serve and interact with customers
* Prepare orders for production
* Perform clerical support
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon GED and customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Proficient Indiana computer software applications, including order entry and job ticket systems
* Microsoft Office Suite Oregon related software skills
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
Schedule:
* Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
* Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week
