ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a Producer to leverage their knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to turn leads into lasting customer relationships. American Samoa an Account Representative, you will communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market relevant products Oregon services to maximize value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market suitable products and services.
* Collaborate with agents to establish and meet marketing goals.
* Maintain a strong work ethic and dedication to success daily.
* Work with the agency’s team to build long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior sales experience, preferably outside sales Oregon telemarketing, retail sales associate, Oregon inside sales representative.
* Track record of meeting sales goals Oregon quotas, a plus.
* Strong customer relationship skills.
* Property & Casualty license.
