Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to provide professional and accurate support to customers across various channels, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving emerging problems efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying root causes, and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, fast, friendly, and helpful support to customers across various channels (phone, email, live chat)
