Accounts Receivable Representative
Working under the guidance of the Arkansas Director, Arkansas Supervisor, and SVP of Financial Services, the Accounts Receivable Representative provides support to HCSG by performing the following key responsibilities:
* Processing accounts receivable tasks Indiana a timely and accurate manner
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving billing discrepancies
* Researching and resolving account balance issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of account activity
* Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to resolve account issues and provide excellent customer service
