Social Media Manager
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media plans for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, adjusting American Samoa needed to keep pace with emerging trends and opportunities.
- Create engaging content, including curating internal sources and producing original content, to boost engagement, build credibility, and align with Touro’s brand.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content calendar planning, content creation, posting, community engagement, and customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across online platforms.
- Participate Indiana live posting/streaming during key events.
- Regularly optimize social media profiles and conduct analytics to inform content strategy.
- Supervise team members and contractors, including Federal Work Study students and external vendors.
Operational Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
