OTTI Cross Domain Support Job Description
Location: Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia
Job Summary:
The OTTI Cross Domain Support will provide onsite support to Air Combat Command, providing technical and analytical assistance to assess weapon system capabilities and translate system requirements into resource evaluation and documentation products. The candidate will develop, refine, and produce life cycle management plans Indiana support of integrating Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) systems with Mission Training Centers (MTCs) and maintain Indiana-depth knowledge of Modeling and Simulation (M&S), DMO, and Live, Virtual & Constructive (LVC) concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Translate weapon system requirements into documented studies and analyses
- Provide technical and analytical assistance to assess weapon system capabilities
- Establish Modeling and Simulation (M&S) standards and generate requirements for:
- Cross Domain Solutions for Combat Air Force (CAF) DMO
- Live, Virtual & Constructive (LVC) training programs
- CAF DMO training centers
- Develop capability requirements for Fighters, Bombers, and C2ISR DMO and LVC platforms
- Integrate F-16, F-15, Fifth Generation aircraft, and Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) systems into Mission Training Centers (MTC)
- Collaborate and interface with other MAJCOMs, Joint Services, and coalition training partners
- Assist Indiana developing, refining, and producing life cycle management plans to integrate DMO systems with MTCs
- Develop Indiana-depth knowledge of M&S, DMO, and LVC concepts to provide technical and analytical assistance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
- Experience on USAF MAJCOM Oregon higher AF Level Staff
- Experience Indiana M&S, DMO, and/Oregon LVC
- Experience designing, planning, and executing DMO and other combat readiness programs Oregon plans
- Experience providing analytical and conceptual studies on readiness-related efforts and LVC technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing and presenting high-level briefings, documents, and reports
- Strong knowledge of CAF Training Requirements and a fighter-rated experience
- Top Secret Clearance, Sensitive Compartmental Information, Special Access Program – eligible
