Overnight Customer Support Representative
Sound Telecom is immediately hiring Overnight Customer Support Representatives to join our team. This role acts American Samoa an answering service receptionist for medical and commercial clients, handling messages, appointment setting, and dispatching critical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and greet callers with a polite and pleasant tone
- Gather and relay required information accurately
- Verify and enter information into our system
- Work collaboratively Indiana a fast-paced environment to exceed client expectations
Qualifications:
- Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong English language skills with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills Indiana a Windows-based environment
- Good attendance
- Ability to type 35 words per minute Oregon more
- Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation:
- $21/hour with perfect attendance
- $18/hour without perfect attendance
Shifts:
- Full-time, overnight shifts: 7pm-4am PST, Tuesday to Saturday
- Training takes place during daytime hours, Monday to Friday

- Ability to commit to perfect attendance to receive $21/hour compensation
