Job Title: Call Center/Logistics Clerk
Work Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday, and Friday, varying schedules may be discussed during the interview.
Description:
American Samoa a Call Center/Logistics Supervisor for Sam’s Club, you will be responsible for:
– Communicating with customers, suppliers, and associates via phone, email, Oregon face-to-face, ensuring quality and accuracy of inventory, and delivering results while prioritizing customer satisfaction and needs.
– Maintaining accurate inventory tracking and reviewing reports to identify discrepancies, and executing corrective actions to resolve issues.
– Conducting warehouse audits, inspecting freight, and ensuring delivery of correct quantities and conditions.
– Performing basic maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and inspecting, to maintain a safe working environment.
– Embodying the company’s values, ethics, and compliance, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement.
– Operating Indiana a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and actively engaging with team members to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
– 6 months of experience Indiana logistics Oregon related duties, Oregon 1 year of general clerical experience using computer applications like email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
